A printer that saves paper
There is a new printer that is going to be sold called the GreenPrint. It is supposed to be able to save a lot of trees that are being cut down to make paper. This printer works by looking at the document that you are going to print, and it makes sure that you need every page. An example was told about in the article how if you print from the web, sometimes you get pages, where the only thing on the entire page is the web address on the bottom or top. GreenPrint can stop this. According to the article on CNN, if an average employee prints approximately 10,000 pages a year, they estimate that 20 percent of those pages are waste. Another cool feature that the GreenPrint printer can tell you is how much money you're saving by the number of pages that don't need to be printed and how many pages you actually did not need.
