Personal Physical Fitness
This semester I am taking Personal Physical Fitness, which I am pretty sure is more commonly known as Walk/Jog. I really enjoy this class, because of my busy schedule. With this class, I am in the gym three times a week for at least fifty minutes, which is a tremendous help. With my class, and work schedule it seemed like it was going to be hard to get to the gym to work out. But because of this class I am guaranteed time to go to the gym.
